Result Day Speech: (Thank you speech at the end of session)

Good morning everyone! I, (name) of class……, feel honored to extend a hearty welcome to all the parents, students and teachers present here today, on behalf of the school management.

Colin Powell once said, “There are no secrets to success. It is the result of Hardwork, Preparation and learning from Failure.”

Each one of us has worked really hard for the past one month. Regardless of how confident you are or how well you have done in your exams everyone feels the jitters before the result is announced. Many students would come out with flying colors while some others may not.

But remember friends “The struggle you are in today is helping you develop the strength you need for tomorrow”. So do not give up. And also do not forget to thank God, your ever supporting Parents, and Teachers who have worked diligently all year round.

There is a Japanese proverb that says- “Better than thousand days of diligent study is one day with a great teacher.” 

That’s why almost everyone has a story about a teacher who has touched his/her life. Teachers devote their lives to give children the tools to succeed and inspire them to do it. It is you, dear teachers, who listen to children, challenge them and encourage them to stand up for their values. So today I on behalf of all the students, would like to thank all the teachers for your countless hours, your sweat and tears and your relentless commitment to children.

At the end let us all, on this auspicious occasion invoke the blessings of the almighty…..!
